You can find a precise calculation of your shipping costs in the checkout area at NVGwood before placing your order. Depending on the volume and weight of your order, it will be sent by courier or forwarding agent. Especially in the case of large deliveries of wooden facades and decks by a freight forwarder, a precise date for delivery should be agreed in advance. This is not necessary for small orders and courier delivery.
Delivery price
When ordering lengths from different shipping groups, the conditions of the longest board are the basis for the shipping cost calculation. All other shipping costs are not taken into account. Example order: 10 pieces of facade cladding or decking with a length of 150cm + 5 pieces of decking with a length of 240cm = £ 75.00 shipping costs. When shipping facade cladding or decking boards over 240cm in the length, the recipient unloads them itself. Otherwise the delivery is carried out by a forwarding agent to the curb.

Delivery time
The delivery time for goods in stock is approx. 5 to 7 working days with courier and approx. 10 to 15 working days with freight transport. For production goods, the delivery time is extended accordingly (see product descriptions). There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If, exceptionally, an item is not in stock or cannot be delivered immediately and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be indicated separately in our order confirmation. Delivery dates are subject to punctual and proper delivery by our logistics.

Instructions for delivery by freight transport
The delivery is usually made by freight transport (7.5t box van – length: 8 m / width 3.10 m / height 3.45 m). Unloading takes place at the closest public curb to the delivery address, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Please note that delivery may not be possible due to the following factors:
- The delivery address is on a street or can only be reached via a street that is dedicated as a restricted traffic area, and / or
- The delivery address is located on a street or can only be reached via a street, the traffic of which is prohibited for vehicles with a permissible total weight of 7.5 tons, and / or
- The delivery address is located on a street or can only be reached via a street that is narrower than 3.25 meters or at a point to be passed on delivery at the time of delivery due to obstacles such as parked vehicles or a construction site less than 3.25 meters passage width is restricted, and / or
- The delivery address is in a dead end without turning.
If one of the mentioned special features applies to the desired delivery address or if you are unsure about this, please contact our customer service by phone or email before placing an order to clarify whether or to which location a delivery can then take place. Please also note that it is necessary that you are personally present at the delivery address when the goods are delivered by the freight forwarder. Firstly, because you have to confirm the delivery of the goods in writing. On the other hand, the unloading of the goods requires your help in such a way that you support the freight forwarder through physical work in unloading the goods from the freight transport to the curb. You must therefore be physically able to lift a weight of up to 30 kilograms. Finally, it should be noted that no specific desired time for the delivery can be agreed. Our customer service or the freight forwarder will contact you in good time before delivery to determine the delivery date (time window) on working days (excluding public holidays). Your presence at the delivery address is required during the entire time window.
