Aluminum profile deck joists SymbioFix SFT is an innovative solution the for deck frame construction. It’s a combination – symbiosis of outer aluminum profile and inner thermowood sub-construction! The aluminium joists SymbioFix SFT are perfectly smooth, stable and durable. They do not distort or raising decking boards, and do not break or tighten fasteners. Therefore, the frame of the deck substructure always remains smooth and practically “eternal”.

The low profile of the aluminium joists SymbioFix SFT 35 mm, which is another advantage. Thanks to the special profiled shape, the amount of supports (pedestals) can be reduced by up to 50%! The distance between the support points can be every 1100 mm (in comparison with traditional wooden joists, the support points must be arranged every 400 – 800 mm), with a permissible recommended load up to 4 kN per m² with a distance of 500 mm between centers of the joists. Profile dimensions:

  • External aluminum profile 35 x 77 x 1100/4400 mm
  • Internal frame insert from thermowood 23×55 x 1100/4400 mm
